We have a variety of opportunities available, including relief work and flexible shift patterns, covering days, nights, and weekends, as well as more structured 9 to 5 contracts. The roles will involve: • Supporting individuals to maintain their tenancy and develop independent living skills • Providing day-to-day welfare support and completing regular wellbeing checks • Supporting residents with housing-related issues, including rent, budgeting, benefits, and tenancy sustainment • Creating and updating support plans, risk assessments, and accurate case notes • Supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health needs, domestic abuse, and other vulnerabilities • Encouraging engagement with education, employment, training, healthcare, and community services • ...
