Support Worker: Veterans, complex needs LOCATION: Honiton and Exeter HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (Required to work 1 Saturday out of 6) SALARY: £15.34 + Holiday pay DURATION: Temp to perm Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people s lives? We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, supporting veterans and individuals who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred, solution-focused support to help people achieve their goals, develop independence, and move forward with confidence. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of approximately 5 8 customers, allowing you the time and capacity to provide high-quality, tailored support. You will work as part of a wider team supporting individuals with moderate to high support needs across the Honiton and Exeter areas. You will take a holistic approach to support, working with customers to identify their goals and aspirations while helping them build the skills needed to live independently. Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support to veterans and people experiencing homelessness. Managing a caseload and developing positive working relationships with customers. Creating, reviewing, and updating support plans and risk assessments.
