Support Worker

We also recruit for Social Care and Public Sector roles. We are currently recruiting a Support Worker for our client in Essex. The post holder will be supporting residents within a home working 2:1 mainly. Personal care may be required or support out in the community. Responsibilities for the Support Worker: Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, epilepsy and complex needs. Assisting service users with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence. Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, household tasks, and medication administration. Encouraging and promoting independence, choice, and inclusion in all aspects of daily life. Building positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals. Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social and recreational activities. Monitoring and recording changes in service users'' physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Completing accurate care notes, incident reports, and daily records in accordance with company policies.
