We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our client s dedicated care team. Key responsability of a Support Worker: As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, choice, and independence. You will build positive relationships with the people you support, enabling them to achieve their personal goals while ensuring their health, safety, and wellbeing are maintained at all times. Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and/or complex needs in line with individual care and support plans. Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and mobility support where required.
