Support Worker

Support Worker Chobham, Surrey £25,845 per annum (pro rata) Full time hours available (39 hours per week) Avenues is a community where people smile, laugh, grow and achieve great things. We are currently recruiting for a support worker to join our team in out Chobham service, providing tailored support to people with learning disabilities, brain injuries and autism, some of the people we support are non-verbal and there is also potential challenging behaviours. This role does require flexibility with the ability to work days and nights depending on the needs of the rota. Typical shift patterns: 7/8am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 8:45pm-7:15am and Sleep INS 9pm-6:30am No two days are the same but your day might look like this! Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities, and connecting with family and friends. Supporting the management of our people s finances. Keeping our people s home clean and fresh, and going shopping. Providing, and encouraging, personal care. And enjoying what you do!
