The people we support have a range of learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and communication styles, so staff must be adaptable, patient, and highly observant.The fundamental mission of the team is to actively empower these 4 individuals, supporting them to maximise their everyday independence, develop life skills, and safely access the wider community.Working hours are between 7am and 10pm, including sleep-in shifts and alternate weekends.Shifts may include full days, half days, or split shifts, either within the same service or across our other services, on a two-week rolling rota.Every day is different, but your role will include:Supporting people to live independently and enjoy everyday activitiesEncouraging social connections with family, friends, and the local communityHelping with finances, household tasks, and ..... full job details .....
