Your role will include: Personal care Medication administration Moving and handling Physiotherapy stretches Play-based activities Community outings Supporting clinical care needs Promoting comfort, wellbeing and independence We''re Looking for a Support Worker Who: Has a minimum of 3 months'' care experience Is confident with medication, personal care and moving and handling Has good communication skills Holds a full UK driving licence (essential) Is reliable, compassionate and committed to person-centred care Please note: Due to the nature of this care package, our client may request care staff of a specific gender in line with their individual needs.
