The Role: Reporting to the House Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive, family-style living and learning environment for residents. The residential houses are lively, sociable spaces where residents, staff, and volunteers come together daily. As a Support Worker in the Towy Valley, Carmarthenshire, you will assist residents with practical daily activities, promote independence, and help them advocate for their needs.
