Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker-to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents in a care home setting, supporting their daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required, ensuring dietary needs are met.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home environment.

Requirements

• Must have minimum 1 years UK experience within a care home setting
• Must have an enhanced Adult DBS on the online update service
• Must have all mandatory training certificates
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents and team members.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required, as part of a dedicated team.
