This is a key role for someone who is confident leading frontline support, coordinating day-to-day delivery, and ensuring every short break is safe, meaningful and outcomes-focused. The role You will be based in Sutton and will: Lead by example in delivering outstanding short breaks support (home, community and local activities). Coordinate rotas and day-to-day scheduling to ensure safe staffing and continuity, also support in the community outreach.
