Do you enjoy speaking to customers and taking real ownership of problems through to resolution, rather than simply raising tickets?This is a permanent, on-site position within a friendly Support Team who are the first point of contact for a large customer base. You will receive bespoke training on the company''s products, development reviews and career conversations to help you build long-term technical capability.This company manufacture, supply, install and commission a range of technical solutions into commercial facilities such as schools, shops, and hospitals. They have been established for over 15 years and grown to have a strong workforce of over 100 staff.
