This is a key leadership role within the business, where you will oversee a high-performing administrative team and ensuring the smooth delivery of invoicing operations and service support across the organisation.This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, commercially astute leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving change, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of Support Services Administrators, embedding a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
Own and optimise the end-to-end invoicing and customer portal processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accuracy at every stage.
Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insight to highlight improvements and proactively address any issues.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, customer requirements, and relevant tax regulations through regular audits and documentation reviews.
Act as a key liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
Take a lead role in onboarding and integrating acquisition data, ensuring consistency and adherence to company-wide standards.
Represent the Support Services function across senior leadership meetings, contributing ideas to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Experience:Proven track record in a supervisory or management role within administrative or invoicing operations, ideally within a service-driven business.
Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to drive high performance.
Experience with invoicing platforms, customer portal systems, and workflow management tools.
High level of attention to detail, with strong analytical and organisational capabilities.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the business.
A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to lead change initiatives.
Advanced IT literacy – particularly in Microsoft Excel and invoicing systems.
Familiarity with compliance, tax regulations, and service operations is highly advantageous.
