Due to the location of our services,
a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.No Experience? No Problem!

before you start. This includes - Classroom-based sessions, E-learning modules, Shadowing experienced Support Practitioners to gain hands-on experience. This ensures you feel confident and well-prepared in your new role.Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank Roles Available!You must be
flexible , as shifts vary between early, back, late, and sleepovers.About the Role
As a
Support Practitioner , your responsibilities may include:Social Support
- Helping individuals engage with their communities by planning and attending outings such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and other leisure activities.Medical Support
- Administering and monitoring medication.Personal Care
- Supporting wellbeing by assisting with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, and arranging healthcare appointments.Practical Support
- Encouraging daily household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to help individuals maintain their tenancy.Generous annual leaveTRFS Rewards Scheme
