Support Plan Coordinator (Budget Management Service)Location: SheffieldType: 12-month FTC Part-time (22.5 hours - 3 days per week) Hybrid workingSalary: 27,000 (pro rata)Sellick Partnership have been instructed to recruit on behalf of a public sector organisation for a Support Plan Coordinator to deliver the Budget Management Service, working alongside the Senior Finance Manager.This role involves supporting individuals to manage their personal budgets for care, ensuring payments are processed accurately while providing a consistent and reliable service. You will work with a range of stakeholders including local authorities, NHS partners, service users, and carers.Key Responsibilities:Manage referrals and set up new client accountsAdminister personal budgets, including payments and purchasesLiaise with local authorities, NHS partners, providers, and familiesProvide support and guidance to service users on their accountsMonitor client contributions and manage account renewalsMaintain accurate records and internal systemsProduce monitoring reportsSupport ongoing improvements to the serviceKey Requirements:Experience coordinating a service, project, or similar activityStrong administrative skills and ability to follow processesGood attention to detail, particularly when working with numbersConfident communicator, able to deal with a range of stakeholdersComfortable using IT systems and databasesOrganised and able to manage your own workloadDesirable:Experience working with ..... full job details .....
