This role combines housing management and resident support, helping people maintain their tenancy, access services, and move towards independent living. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one support and create personalised support plans. Complete needs and risk assessments and maintain accurate case records. Support residents with housing, benefits, budgeting, and accessing external services. Carry out tenancy sign-ups and explain tenancy responsibilities. Assist with rent collection and help residents manage arrears. Promote resident safety, wellbeing, and independence. Work closely with local agencies and community services.
