Job Title: Support MentorLocation: West London (Ladbroke Grove / Latimer Road)Service: Supported Accommodation - Homelessness and Complex NeedsSalary: 13.5 - 14.5 Shifts: Rota-based, including weekends and evenings About the ServiceWe are a supported accommodation service in West London providing trauma-informed support to adults experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage, including mental health needs, substance misuse, and complex social challenges.The service works in partnership with local authorities and outreach teams to support individuals to move away from rough sleeping and rebuild independent lives. Residents are supported through personalised support plans, focusing on areas such as:Mental and physical healthSubstance misuse recoveryIndependent living skillsEducation, training, and employmentResettlement into longer-term accommodation ()About the RoleAs a Support Mentor, you will provide person-centred, strengths-based support to residents within a hostel environment.
