Job Title: Support Mentor Location: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) - Unfortunately this location does not have step free access Salary: £28,800 Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. You will work on a rota and may be required to work outside these hours as per service, rota, and resident requirements. About the Role We''re hiring a Support Mentor to join our team based in Kensington and Chelsea. In this role, you will support residents who reside in our supported accommodation and have experience of homelessness and have multiple disadvantages such as with their mental health, substance use, or have an offending history. As a Support Mentor, you will identify individual resident needs, and provide person centred, tailored support to residents to help them overcome their personal challenges and achieve their goals. You will be part of a supportive, collaborative team which delivers person-centered support to our residents, to enable them to build independence, improve wellbeing, and move on to longer-term housing. You will do this through a combination of producing tailored support plans, activities, and partnership working.
