Thera East Midlands has an exciting opportunity available for a
Support Manager
to join our team based in Aston-on-Trent, Derbyshire. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £36,339.37 per annum.Additional Information: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is necessary, traveling to the other areas of Derbyshire will be required.Annual Leave entitlement: 33 days inclusive of bank holidaysResponsibilities
As the
Support Manager , you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of several teams within a specific area. You will lead teams to maintain an inclusive, transparent culture and ensure robust regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance. The ability to lead teams to support growth and development is the key to success, and you will build trusted relationships with people supported, their families and friends, local authorities, Thera Trust central teams and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.Our Vision and Values

Level 4 Health and Social Care qualification, or willingness to work toward it.Proven Experience Supporting People With Learning Disabilities .Experience leading teams and managing service delivery in a regulated care setting.Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and care regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Confidence in using digital systems (e.g. Excel, care planning software).Flexibility to travel locally and work across multiple locations.Desirable: Experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing change.A full UK driving licence with business insurance.Legal and Equal Opportunity
