Support Manager - Supported Living

Role: Support Manager Location: Oxfordshire Salary: £34,785.55 to £39,674.45 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Maternity leave cover Make a real difference every day Are you an experienced care or support professional who is ready to take the next step in your leadership career? We re looking for a Support Manager to lead and develop our supported living services, supporting adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful and increasingly independent lives. This is a varied and rewarding management role where you ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference not only to the people we support, but also to the teams you lead and develop. About the role As Support Manager, you ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of a group of supported living services. Working closely with our Operations Managers, Operations Director and wider management team, you ll ensure our services are safe, effective, person-centred and focused on achieving the best possible outcomes for the people we support. You ll lead a team of Assistant Support Managers, Support Workers and Bank Support Workers, creating a positive culture where staff feel supported, valued and motivated to deliver excellent support.
