You'll manage and mentor our support team, drive service excellence, and work directly with customers to resolve complex issues across Microsoft Dynamics 365, CE, and Microsoft 365 environments. We're looking for someone who: Has strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft 365 Enjoys leading, coaching, and developing a support team Is customer-focused with excellent communication skills Can balance operational management with hands-on technical support Thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and want to play a key role in a growing Microsoft partner, we'd love to hear from you.
