This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced leader to, drive excellence, implementing policies and procedures and ensure the highest standards of care for residents, across multiple care homes.In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support and mentor home managers and staff.
