Provide effective leadership, recruit for key roles, and ensure staffs are trained. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with company valuesRecruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff to create a supportive working environmentMonitor financial and business performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to meet targetsCompliance and Risk - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage risks, and implement action plans where neededMaintain high standards of care and environment. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, and resolve concerns promptlyPreferred skills and experience

Proven experience in managing a care home or similar healthcare settingStrong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industryExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholdersKnowledge of best practices in quality care and environment for elderly residentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentSalary, hours and benefits

The successful Support Manager will receive an excellent salary of £60,000 per annum DOE. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm.
