As a Regional Housing Manager (Supported Living) at Hyde, you will supervise a team of Supported Housing Officers to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across our supported living schemes. You will help ensure schemes are safe, well maintained and compliant, while supporting customers to maintain their independence and enjoy the best possible quality of life. Key Duties Supervise and support a regional team of 5 Supported Housing Officers, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of enhanced housing management across supported living schemes. Maintain service standards through quality checks, performance reporting and continuous improvement activity. Support compliance, safeguarding, health and safety and risk management requirements across schemes.
