Your role will be key in ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the school, enabling all pupils to access the curriculum and thrive.Key Responsibilities Identify and support pupils with additional learning needs Develop and implement Individualised Education Programmes (IEPs) and support plans Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt learning materials and strategies Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil development Monitor, track, and report on progress and attainment Promote inclusive practices across the school communityWhat We''re Looking For Qualified teacher with GTCS registration Experience or strong interest in additional support needs (ASN) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, patience, and a commitment to inclusive education Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary teamWhy Join Us?
