They are looking for a Systems Administrator Support Engineer to join their small friendly team in Sidmouth. Duties will involve multilevel support for a wide range of business customers to a very high level as well as infrastructure improvements and commissioning of equipment. High customer service levels are key to their business which also requires the ability to communicate well. Required Experience PC Desktop and Workstation, Windows OS Windows Server OS Microsoft 365 administration Azure AD Policy management Microsoft Exchange IIS RDS SharePoint Networking technologies: TCPIP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs RAID Router/Firewall technologies and security Beneficial Experience Backup technologies SQL Citrix VEEAM Acronis VMs, VPS Other Stuff This is a permanent full-time role, based Monday-Friday in (and around) their Sidmouth offices.
