Support Engineer - DV

Our client in the Defence industry is looking for a Support Engineer to join their team. In this role you will respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing feedback on process whilst providing basic 1st/2nd line support for their environments, services and Infrastructure, respond to monitoring alerts, triage and escalate where necessary. You will also ensure incident tickets are appropriately updated and maintained, and incident resolutions are appropriately documented in the ticketing system. We are looking for someone who has experience with Windows 10/11 administration, Azure/Entra/AD administration, Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management and running PowerShell Scripting. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of security concepts (MFA, Conditional Access), Linux exposure (Ubuntu, CentOS) and experience with Jira. This role will require you to be in office 5 days a week in Farnborough.
