      <description>Location: Coventry | Salary: 250.00-250.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Inside IR35 - (Apply online only) / Day, West Midlands (Coventry)  We are seeking an experienced Smart Bar Technician / Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support within a busy corporate environment. You will deliver face-to-face and remote support across Windows 11, Office 365 and enterprise x64 hardware environments, acting as a key point of contact for end-user IT issues. Key Skills Required:  Windows 11 support Office 365 / Teams / Outlook Azure AD and Intune SCCM imaging and deployments Enterprise x64 hardware support Laptop/Desktop builds and troubleshooting IT ticketing systems AV / meeting room support Excellent customer service skills  Experience Needed:  1st/2nd Line Support experience High-volume support environments Hardware diagnostics, BIOS, drivers and device repairs Onboarding/offboarding users Strong communication skills  Ideal for Desktop Support Engineers, EUC Engineers or IT Support Analysts looking for their next contract opportunity.
