Support CoordinatorThis is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke.We re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the North Lincolnshire area.Position: (phone number removed) Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based, North Lincolnshire. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (this will include regular home visits, and may include team meetings or other work-related meetings) Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per weekSalary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)Contract: Services are contracted and there is currently funding until 31 March 2028.
