Support CoordinatorWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Hounslow team in London.This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.Position: S11335 Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based, Hounslow. However, regular travel will be required as part of this role (will include team meetings or other work-related meetings)Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per weekSalary: Circa £16,400 per annum (inner London weighting £1,896 per annum or outer London weighting £1,092 per annum may be applied in accordance with where you live) (FTE circa £27,435 per annum)Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2028.
