Support CoordinatorWe re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Croydon Team in London.This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.Position: S11352 Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based, Haringey.
