Support CoordinatorWe are looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in Sheffield.This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide support following a stroke.Position: (phone number removed) Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based Sheffield. However, extensive travel across the region will be required as part of this role (including team meetings and other work related meetings) Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per weekSalary: Circa £28,300 per annumContract: Fixed-term.
