Support Coordinator We re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Life After Stroke Service on the Isle of Wight. Position: (phone number removed) Stroke Association Support Coordinator Location: Home-based, Isle of Wight. However, Frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to also include team meetings or other work-related meetings on the mainland) Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week Salary: Circa £17,000 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum) Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027.
