Support CoordinatorWe re looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Life After Stroke Service based across Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.Position: S11346 Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based, Plymouth UK.
