Support CoordinatorWe''re looking for an innovative, compassionate and professional person with strong communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service in Herefordshire and Worcestershire.Position: 000012 Stroke Support CoordinatorLocation: Home-based covering Herefordshire and Worcestershire. However, this role will require extensive travel across the delivery area. Travel will also be required for team meetings and other work-related meetingsHours: Part-time, 28 hours per weekSalary: Circa £22,600 per annum (FTE circa £28,300 per annum)Contract: This is a fixed-term contract until 31st March 2027.
