Support Coordinator We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following stroke. Position: S11373 Stroke Support Coordinator Location: Home base, Bedfordshire, however frequent travel will be required as part of this role (to include community visits, team meetings, and other work-related meetings).
