The position is based in Copdock, Ipswich and involves working with justice products and services.To provide 2nd line support to customers using our applications.Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phoneProvide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidentsKeep detailed records of customer interactionsMonitor application system logsExecute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applicationsSupport during the roll-out of applicationsCreate User GuidesProvide User Training on siteQualifications
