The role will involve assisting the Service Manager and management team to provide a wide ranging and responsive community-based service, aimed at meeting the needs of the service users. The Support Co-ordinator will also provide effective line management support to the service s staff team, participate in rota preparation and participate in the on-call rota. The successful candidate will have a minimum two years experience of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. An SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is also essential.
