Role Overview: Join our team at Everton Hill Dickinson Stadium as a Retail Support Chef. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our retail offerings, including multiple concessions inside the stadium, fan-zone kiosks, and event catering, are delivered with the highest standards of health and safety, quality, creativity, and consistency.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Retail Head Chef in leading food delivery across matchday retail outlets.Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, creativity, and consistency in food offerings.Maintain records and perform necessary temperature checks in line with ARAMARK company policy.Liaise with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure service standards are met.Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.Conduct regular checks on food handling and safety standards.Ensure compliance with food hygiene, COSHH, and due diligence systems.Communicate effectively to maintain positive interactions between front and back of house teams.Lead a safe and hygienic operation while driving excellence in safety performance.Requirements:Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards that comply with UK law.Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.Experience in a similar environment.Positive and passionate focus on food, with a natural flair for hospitality and on-trend street food concepts.Strong problem-solving skills.Calm and resilient under pressure.Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment.Continuous training and personal development.Be part of a team that pushes the boundaries of traditional stadia retail ..... full job details .....
