About the role Provide kind, respectful and person-centred support tailored to each individual s needs and wishes. Help people build confidence, develop daily living skills and take part in their community. Promote dignity, choice, independence, wellbeing and safeguarding in everything you do. Work closely with the Manager and wider team to provide safe, consistent support. Monitor wellbeing, keep clear and accurate records, and raise any concerns appropriately. Support with medication, appointments, routines, household tasks and creating a welcoming home environment. Encourage positive outcomes and help each person live a fuller, more independent life.
