As the Support and Wellbeing Officer you will deliver support planning, safeguarding, wellbeing activities, resident engagement and tenancy-related support that promotes independence, recovery and positive outcomes. The Support and Wellbeing Officer will work closely with residents, external agencies and community organisations to improve wellbeing, encourage participation and help residents move towards long-term housing stability and independent living.
