With a competitive hourly rate and a supportive management structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a professional committed to excellence in safeguarding.Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment and Planning: Undertake statutory assessments under the Children Act 1989, including Child and Family Assessments and Section 47 investigations.Caseload Management: Manage a complex caseload involving Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP) plans, and children subject to Public Law Outline (PLO) or care proceedings.Intervention: Develop and implement outcome-focused care and safety plans, ensuring the "voice of the child" is at the heart of every decision.Court Work: Prepare high-quality reports for Initial and Review Child Protection Conferences, Core Group meetings, and represent the local authority in court proceedings.Collaboration: Work closely with ..... full job details .....
