Support Analyst - (PSTN,Telephony andamp; Network) Contract - £325-£375pd Inside IR35 | Hybrid - London, to start ASAP, 6 month contractWe are currently recruiting for a Support Analyst with PSTN experience to support a key telephony and infrastructure review programme across a large London-based organisation.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a blend of technical IT knowledge, telephony experience and strong administrative skills who enjoys working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders to gather accurate technical information.The RoleYou''ll play a key role in reviewing and documenting PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) services across a portfolio of sites. This will involve travelling to different locations to identify where telephone lines terminate, understand what they are used for, and document the associated equipment and connectivity.Working closely with business users, site contacts and technical teams, you''ll ensure accurate information is captured to support a wider telephony transformation programme.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit multiple London sites to investigate and audit PSTN telephone lines.Identify where telephone lines are located and determine how they are being used.Document connected equipment, services and dependencies.Engage with business users and site representatives to gather accurate information.Record findings and maintain detailed technical documentation.Support the wider telephony review and migration programme. ..... full job details .....
