This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a blend of technical IT knowledge, telephony experience and strong administrative skills who enjoys working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders to gather accurate technical information. The Role You''ll play a key role in reviewing and documenting PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) services across a portfolio of sites. This will involve travelling to different locations to identify where telephone lines terminate, understand what they are used for, and document the associated equipment and connectivity.
