We are looking for a support analyst, who has hunger to learn and grow. Aa a Support Analyst you will: Assist on the EPTECH support desk providing IT support to resolve issues and be part of the business process outsourcing, assisting our clients in running their day to day business operations. Be resourceful, and capable of solving complex problems. Be enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their goals, understand their problems with empathy and think up solutions. Have strong communication and customer engagement skills; ability to dig deeper and get thorough understanding of customer needs.
