83zero are partnered with a leading technology business whose products are used by thousands of companies and impact millions of lives. They''re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team and deliver exceptional customer support.
This role is less "hardcore IT" than you might think - it''s all about problem-solving, customer service, and communication, with some technical elements. You''ll be the first point of contact for customer queries, making sure every interaction is handled smoothly, professionally, and with a smile.
What you''ll be doing:
- Handling customer queries by phone and email, logging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Escalating tickets where needed and working with 2nd/3rd line teams to ensure quick resolutions.
- Keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Spotting ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What we''re looking for:
- Strong communication and customer service skills - you''ll enjoy speaking with people and building positive relationships.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year of experience in a support or service role (doesn''t have to be deep technical).
- A curious mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn new systems.
