IT Support Analyst and Infrastructure Engineer 1st and 2nd Line Support, Networking and managment Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector. Work includes: 1st and 2nd line desktop support Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune Networking Routers and connected devices Management of 3rd party suppliers Growth opportunities within the role include Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards) Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more) Leadership of Junior Lead projects delivering high business impact Skills and experience required: Strong skills with O365, Entra ID Mid level Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc Experience with Active Directory is beneficial but not essential Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services) Customer Support friendly ..... full job details .....
