Supply Teaching Assistants RequiredTimePlan Education are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants for flexible day-to-day and short term assignments in primary and secondary, SEND schools around Sutton and surrounding areas.We are looking for candidates who are confident supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and can quickly build positive relationships with students and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting pupils in the classroom and during learning activitiesProviding 1:1 and small group support, including for students with SENDAssisting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficultiesEncouraging engagement, independence, and positive behaviourWorking collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to support student progressEssential RequirementsPrevious experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting or similar roleExperience supporting pupils with SENDExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA patient, proactive, and adaptable approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Must be available to work school hours of 8:00am to 4:00pmWhat TimePlan Education OffersFlexible day-to-day supply opportunitiesCompetitive daily rates of payA variety of placements in local schoolsOngoing support from a dedicated consultantOpportunities to secure long-term and permanent positionsIf you have a passion for supporting children with ..... full job details .....
