Looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a difference in multiple school settings?Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting ALN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis across a range of primary schools throughout Cardiff, Barry, Penarth, Cowbridge and the wider Vale of Glamorgan.No two days are the same in this role. You could be supporting a Year 1 pupil with autism one day and working within a KS2 intervention group the next. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys adapting to different environments and building positive relationships quickly.Your ResponsibilitiesProviding one-to-one support for pupils with Additional Learning NeedsSupporting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, SEMH needs and learning difficultiesAssisting class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activitiesEncouraging pupils to engage positively with learningSupporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategiesRecording observations and feeding back to school staff where requiredHelping create an inclusive learning environment where all pupils can succeedWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious experience supporting children with ALNA calm, patient and resilient approachStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to adapt quickly to new schools and classroom environmentsA ..... full job details .....
