Supply Teaching Assistant

NG Teach are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within Primary, Secondary and Special Schools in the Nottingham area.Teaching Assistants support students in the classroom as directed by a teacher in order to help pupils succeed with their learning. The work of a Teaching Assistant can vary greatly depending on where they are working and the individual needs of the pupils. This could include:Assisting the classroom teacherWorking with small groups and 1:1 supportBuild positive relationships with pupils, staff and parentsHelp manage pupil behaviourTo contribute to the school aims and ethosHelp pupils to access the curriculumWe would expect you to have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and have previous experience of working with children.
