About you - Supply Teachers - Rushden, Northamptonshire

• Must hold a QTS
• Strong classroom management - we are looking for people who can hit the ground running from day one!
• Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments, school policies, and routines
• Can deliver pre-set lesson plans effectively while maintaining pace and structure
• Uses initiative to support learning when plans are limited or unclear
• Provides clear feedback to the class teacher on student progress and behaviour
